Returns & Exchanges

At Healthy Care, we want you to feel as good as you look; if your sustainable fashion purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with eco-friendly tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original compostable packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
